How is Praxisis Sustain different from Microsoft's Copilot for Service?

Microsoft's Copilot grounds on Dataverse data. Praxisis Sustain grounds on your solution — plugins, JavaScript web resources, business rules, security roles. When your team asks why a plugin is behaving differently than last month, Copilot for Service can't answer. Praxisis Sustain does.

Where is our data stored?

Everything stays inside your own Microsoft tenant. Praxisis does not store or move your data. Your existing data-residency, security, and compliance posture is preserved automatically.

What if the AI answers wrong?

Every answer cites its source. A ticket only counts as resolved if it closes within 24 hours and the team member rates it 4 out of 5 stars or better. Risky actions are drafted for human approval. If the AI can't answer confidently, it escalates to a Praxisis expert at no charge.

How long does Praxisis Sustain setup take?

Blueprint takes 10 business days. Sustain Pilot takes 3 weeks from signed contract to live in Microsoft Teams. Sustain Premium takes 4–6 weeks including CI/CD integration.
